EASETECK operates as an authorized dealer, technical service specialist, and systems integrator in India for AUTOMHA S.p.A. (Italy), the global pioneer in automated warehouse shuttle technology. Our engineering capabilities include:

• • AUTOMHA Shuttle Systems: Turnkey supply, installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of Autosat, Supercap, and multi-deep pallet shuttle systems.
• • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): Scheduled preventative audits, precision optical sensor calibration, rail wheel alignment, and pan-India emergency breakdown response.
• • Genuine OEM Spare Parts: Fast-swap lithium battery packs (51.8V / 20Ah / 40Ah), high-frequency multi-channel radio remotes, intelligent dock chargers, and polyurethane drive wheels.
• • Industrial Electrical Switchgear: Design, assembly, and commissioning of PCC, MCC, PLC/SCADA automation panels, and power distribution switchboards.
• • Kredit Mobile Pallet Racking: Servicing and refurbishment of MOBIPAL motorized base electrical drivetrains, floor rails, and optical safety interlocks.

All written quotations, project estimates, and spare parts rate sheets issued by EASETECK are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

A binding contract is formed solely upon issuance of a written Purchase Order (PO) or signed Service Agreement by the Client, followed by formal written order confirmation from EASETECK. Quotes involving imported European OEM components are subject to adjustment for statutory customs duty revisions or major foreign currency exchange fluctuations.

To ensure safe execution of maintenance, commissioning, or breakdown repairs, the Client agrees to provide:

• • Safe Site Access: Unobstructed access to warehouse racking bays, authorized clearance for technicians, and compliance with facility health and safety standards (PPE, isolation lock-out/tag-out).
• • Racking & Rail Standards: Warehouse racking channels and guide rails must comply with DIN 18202 / EN 15620 tolerance standards for automated shuttle travel.
• • Operating Limits: Shuttles must not be loaded beyond rated capacity (e.g. 1,500 kg maximum for Autosat standard). Pallets must meet dimensional tolerances and be structurally intact without protruding overhangs.
• • Battery Care: Fast-swap batteries must be charged exclusively using OEM-certified charging stations provided or approved by EASETECK/AUTOMHA.

All original AUTOMHA machinery and genuine spare parts supplied by EASETECK carry the original manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified warranty duration from delivery or commissioning.

Under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), emergency breakdown response times (typically within 24 to 48 hours for critical industrial zones across Maharashtra and pan-India) will be executed strictly in accordance with the specific SLA schedules agreed upon in the contract.

AUTOMHA, Autosat, Supercap, and associated product logos, CAD models, and technical firmware are registered trademarks and intellectual property of AUTOMHA S.p.A. (Italy), utilized by EASETECK under official dealership authorization.

All engineering drawings, switchgear panel wiring schematics, PLC program source codes, and technical service reports prepared by EASETECK remain the intellectual property of EASETECK AUTOMATION & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LLP. The Client is granted a non-transferable, perpetual license solely for operating and maintaining the specific installation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall EASETECK be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of warehouse throughput, production downtime, spoiled perishable inventory, or loss of anticipated profits.

EASETECK's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any product or service order, whether in contract, tort, or warranty, shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Client to EASETECK under that specific purchase order.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including port custom hold-ups, international freight embargoes, industrial strikes, electrical grid failures, extreme weather, or natural disasters.

Payment terms shall be as specified in the formal commercial invoice or quotation (typically 100% advance for spare parts dispatch, or milestone-based for turnkey projects). Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be charged at statutory rates and reflected on all tax invoices.

Delayed payments beyond agreed credit periods shall accrue interest at the rate of 18% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until full realization of funds.

These Terms and Conditions and all associated commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
